Jocela Mae Crawford
President
Jocela Mae Crawford is the Creative Director at Crawford Wellness and has been co-president since its inception in 2010. Beyond running the family business, she teaches functional movement and yoga therapy classes at their yoga studio in McMinnville. Originally from Mt. Shasta, California, she has settled into the quiet life McMinnville offers. In her spare time she heads up various community building and fundraising activities for Yamhill County (between of course being a mom of two Montessori children). Catherine Reinke
Vice President
Dr. Catherine (Reinke) Ferrell is a scientist, educator, and mom who moved to Oregon from Chicago in 2012 to join Linfield University’s Department of Biology. Her research and teaching focuses on genetics, genomics, and promoting an understanding and appreciation of science among students of all ages. Catherine has an active research laboratory, collaborates with members of the Genomics Education Partnership, and is currently authoring an introductory biochemistry textbook. She also engages in the scholarship of teaching and learning and avidly supports Montessori education.
